By accessing or using Ultraviolet Proxy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.
Ultraviolet Proxy provides a client-side web proxy service that uses service worker technology to enable users to access web content. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for lawful use including accessing educational resources, protecting privacy, and bypassing geographic content restrictions.
You agree to use the Service responsibly and lawfully. You may not use the Service to:
Free access to the Service does not require an account. Pro and Enterprise plans require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for annual plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing period.
The Ultraviolet name, logo, website design, and marketing content are proprietary. The core proxy technology is open source under its respective license. You may not reproduce our proprietary content without written permission.
Ultraviolet Proxy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or consequences of bypassing content restrictions. You use the Service at your own risk and discretion.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our discretion, particularly in cases of Terms violations. Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support or through account settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
